Welcome to the OnePlan Community!

We’re thrilled to have you join our growing community of passionate OnePlan users! This guide will help you navigate your way around the community, engage with other members, and get the most out of your experience.

What is The OnePlan Community?

The OnePlan Community is a collaborative platform designed to empower OnePlan users by enhancing the delivery of strategic initiatives and enabling teams to excel in their most important work. By joining, you'll gain access to:

  • Expert insights and best practices for project and portfolio management
  • Peer discussions to exchange ideas, solve challenges, and share experiences
  • Education & Training resources, including webinars, office hours, and more
  • A direct space for OnePlan feature requests - submit and vote on ideas to help shape the future of our product

Getting Started

Account Setup

  1. Browse to the community homepage
  2. Use your existing Zendesk credentials to sign in.
  3. If you haven’t logged in to Zendesk before, create an account with the steps below.
    1. Click New to OnePlan Solutions? Sign up.
    2. Enter your full name and email address.
    3. Click Sign Up.

    4. Once you receive this email, create your OnePlan password.

    5. Once your password is set, navigate back to the community homepage to log in.

Explore the Homepage

Once logged in, you’ll land on the community homepage. This is your main hub for everything happening in the community!

Explore topics (discussion forums), recent activity, upcoming events, and more.

Introduction Post

We encourage you to introduce yourself in this thread. Share who you are, what your role is, and what you’re hoping to get out of the community.

The Community Onboarding topic is also a great place to learn about our FAQs, Code of Conduct, and more.

Key Features of the Community

Here’s a quick overview of what you can do in the OnePlan Community:

Discussion Topics (Forums)

Engage in conversations on a variety of topics. Check out the OnePlan Feature Requests and General Discussion topics

You can start a new topic, reply to an existing one, or simply upvote helpful posts.

Feature Requests

Help shape the future of OnePlan! Submit your ideas and vote on others’ suggestions to influence the product roadmap.

View the status of features you’ve requested and see which ideas have been implemented.

Events & Webinars

Stay up to date with virtual events such as webinars, community office hours, and more.

How to Participate

Here are some easy ways to jump right into the community and get involved:

  1. Ask Questions: If you have a question about OnePlan, feel free to ask! Our members and moderators are here to help.
  2. Provide Feedback: Share your thoughts about OnePlan and OneConnect and help shape the product’s development.
  3. Attend Events: Participate in upcoming webinars and virtual office hours by following our OnePlan Announcements topic.
  4. Connect with Peers: Network with other OnePlan users by engaging in ongoing discussions. A good place to get started is the introduce yourself post!

Tips for Success

Here are a few tips to make the most out of your experience:

  1. Follow Topics: Stay updated on the topics you care about by “following” topics and individual posts.
  2. Review Onboarding Materials: Check out the Community Onboarding topic to review our FAQs, Code of Conduct, and more.
  3. Be Active: The more you participate, the more you’ll get out of the community. Don’t hesitate to comment, share, or ask questions.
  4. Vote on Requests: Remember to vote on feature requests that matter to you! This is how we know what to prioritize for product development.
  5. Tag Content: Tell us what your post is about by selecting a “related to” tag when creating a post. This helps others easily search and find content.
  6. Build Connections: Reach out to other members, join conversations, and start networking with your peers.
