How It Works

Project Navigation Panel Integration

Once installed, a OnePlan tab appears in the Apps dropdown in your Jira environment. This opens a configurable Iframes that displays relevant OnePlan content- portfolios, detailed plans, dashboards-contextualized for the project at hand.

Setup Prerequisites

• Active OnePlan-Jira integration configured via OneConnect (my.oneconnect.ai or eu.oneconnect.ai)
• Jira admin or install plugin privileges
• Access to Atlassian Marketplace

Installing the App

1. Confirm you have Atlassian admin rights.
2. In Jira, go to Manage your apps -> Find new apps.
3. Search for OnePlan.
4. Click Get it now and install it to your Jira site.
5. Confirm installation.

After Installation

• A OnePlan tab will appear in every Jira project sidebar. 

Mind the Gap

• Backend Sync via OneConnect: The iFrames app provides UI access only. To enable data sync - such as linking Jira issues to OnePlan backlog items or updating statuses you must configure it within your integration.
