Step 7: Complete the Microsoft Power Automate setup actions (optional, but recommended)

Extending OnePlan with Microsoft Power Automate allows you to tailor your OnePlan solution even more with robust business processes automation. This component of the Power Platform will be necessary for workflow use cases. The pre-requisites for leveraging Power Automate solution include the following:

1. Office 365 Tenant

2. Power Automate License

3. Power Automate Service Account with appropriate licenses.

Please have your O365/M365 Admin create the following accounts: svc-PowerAutomate@<yourdomain>.com or @<yourorganization>.onmicrosoft.com

These accounts shall be setup as Cloud Only. Assign the Microsoft Power Automate per user or per plan depending on the procured licenses
