Introduction

With the OnePlan and Project for the Web integration, users are able to build out their project plans in Project for the Web, and bring that project plan into OnePlan to leverage advanced tools like resource plans, status reports, and much more.

Use cases

This integration has two main use cases for functionality:

  • Create or Update plans from OnePlan as a Project in Project for the Web.

  • Create or Update tasks from Project for the Web into OnePlan schedule.

For this integration, the project plan must be created in OnePlan FIRST. Then, from OnePlan, create a synced/mapped project in Project for the Web. The projects should not be created manually in Project for the Web.
