Set up OnePlan OData Reporting

This article explains how to gather the necessary information for your OnePlan group's reporting OData feed and authentication key.

Get an Authentication Key and Required Permissions: Reporting: OData / Power BI Integration

Create an authentication key for OData reporting in OnePlan. For the steps to create a key, see How to Create and Rotate Authentication Keys in OnePlan. When you create the key, select the following settings.

Global Scopes — OData

Data Type Permissions
Integrations Read, Create, Delete

Note: Selecting Update or Delete also selects Read. The Integrations permissions allow OneConnect to add and remove the integration in OnePlan when it is installed or uninstalled. Grant only the permissions listed so the key has the minimum access the integration needs.

After you create the key, save the OnePlan group name and the authentication key in a secure location. You enter both in OneConnect during setup. The key cannot be viewed again after you leave the page.

Get the Report URL for the oData feed

  1. Go to the Admin page > Integrations.

  2. Save your Reporting URL (ex: https://my.oneplan.ai/odata/df05554f-573f-45eb-a653-fd9e397631a6). This is the OData feed. You will be prompted for your URL in a later step.
