Enable the Work Plan Save Button

  • Updated

This article explains how to enable the save button in the Work Plan.

The Save button in the Work Plan allows you to manually review and commit your changes before they are saved. This helps improve performance when editing large plans and gives you more control over when changes are finalized.

Default Behavior

In most OnePlan environments, the Save button is enabled by default.

When the Save Button Might Be Turned Off

In some cases, you may not see the Save button in the Work Plan. This typically occurs when:

  • You are using an older OnePlan instance, or
  • The Save button has been disabled intentionally due to special configuration or operational requirements

When the Save button is turned off, changes may be saved automatically instead of manually.

How to Get the Save Button Enabled

The Save button setting is controlled at a system or level and cannot be enabled by end users.

If your organization needs the Save button enabled:

  • Contact your OnePlan representative
  • They can review your environment and enable manual saving if appropriate
