Default Microsoft Entra fields and On Premises Extension Attributes Supported

This integration currently supports the default fields Microsoft Entra fields (listed above), as well as on-premises extension attributes.

On Premises Extension Attributes

On-premises extension attributes are synchronized from an on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra. These extensions are also known as Exchange custom attributes 1-15 and can be accessed from the Microsoft 365 Exchange Admin UI as mailbox properties.

These attributes may be accessed from the onPremisesExtensionAttibutes property of a user's profile. To see the available extensions within your tenant, please navigate to Microsoft Graph Explorer. This can only be done for users who have the correct level of access within their Microsoft Tenant Organization.

If the extension attributes are brought into Microsoft Entra from Active Directory, the attributes will be read only. However, cloud-only users can set these attributes during creation and updates.

Please do not store sensitive or personally identifiable information within the extension attributes.
