How Does "Overdue" Work in OnePlan?

What tasks appear as "overdue" in the Insights, Due Soon, and My Work areas? Are the rules the same?

  • Insights: Any tasks that you are assigned to that are past their set due date in the work plan and are not complete. This is an out-of-the-box Resource insight.
  • Due Soon: Any tasks that you are assigned to that are past their set due date in the work plan and are not complete. Due Soon is a simplified view of My Work.
  • My Work: Any tasks that you are assigned to that are past their set due date in the work plan and are not complete.

When do the Start or Due dates appear in red?

There are format rules set up in the config that will change the text color in the Start and Due date fields to red.

Out of the box, the Start field will turn red when the following criteria are met:

And the Due field will turn red when the following criteria are met: 

Of course, as with most things in OnePlan, all of this is configurable.
