This article explains how to save your changes in the Work Plan List / grid view using the Save button, when manual saving is enabled.
Save Changes in the Work Plan
After making changes to the Work Plan List view, you may need to use the Save button to save your updates.
Important
If you navigate away from the Work Plan List view without saving, your changes will be lost.
Manual save behavior applies primarily to schedule-based work types.
Non-schedule work types, such as logs, may save automatically depending on your OnePlan configuration.

Changes made to non-schedule work types are saved automatically when Autosave is enabled, no manual confirmation needed.
Important
If your Work Plan has over 200 items, auto save will automatically disable and you must manually save using the Save button.
Save Notification
When manual saving is required, a notification appears at the top of the Work Plan indicating that there are unsaved changes.
Click Save to commit your changes.
Once saved, the notification clears until additional changes are made.
It is a best practice to save frequently when working with schedule-based work items.
