Step-by-Step: Using Comments in OnePlan
Task: Find the Comments Panel
You can add comments throughout OnePlan, including:

Work Plan — Select the Comments icon next to any work item.

Task: Add a Comment
- Click Type your comment.
- Write your message (up to 1000 characters). The comment field does not accept additional text once you reach the limit.
- Select Send to submit.
Note: Comments do not support file or image attachments — only text and rich text formatting.
Task: Edit a Comment
- Click the vertical three-dot menu (⋮) on your comment.
- Select Edit.
- Update the comment as needed.
- Click the Save icon.
Note: You can only edit your own comments. Comments created by others cannot be edited.
