This article explains how to customize your OnePlan home page.
To begin editing your home page, click the Edit icon next to your name. This will turn on edit mode for the home page.
Once you are in edit mode, you can begin resizing, rearranging, removing, or adding widgets on your home page.
To resize widgets on your home page, hover over the bottom right corner of a widget. Your cursor will turn into a double-headed arrow, and the corner of the widget will be highlighted with a dot pattern. Click and drag the corner until the widget is the size you want.
To rearrange the widgets on your home page, click anywhere on the widget, then drag and drop the widget where you want in the home page.
To remove widgets from your home page:
To add a widget to your home page:

Click Add Widgets. The available widgets will appear in a list on the right of your screen.

Select the widget you want to add, then drag and drop the widget into the home page. Once you release your mouse click, the widget will be placed into the home page.

As of the September 2024 release, OnePlan offers 4 home page widgets: Insights, Comments, Plans, and Due Soon. We will continue to add additional widgets in future OnePlan releases.
With the new custom home page feature, you can configure the home page however you would like, and then save that configuration for future use.
To save a personal home page view:

Click into the Views menu, and make sureMy Dashboard is selected.

Modify the homepage settings according to your preferences.

Click Save.

Clicking "Save" will replace any existing configurations for the home page with the new settings you have just configured.

All users can configure and use personal home page views even if default role-based views are configured.
As a OnePlan Administrator, you can save role-based home page configurations for the Enterprise Security Groups in your OnePlan configuration. This means you can configure default home page views for your users based on their Enterprise Security Group.
To configure a home page for a specific Enterprise Security Group:

Click into the Views menu. Choose the Enterprise Security Group for which you want to set up a home page.

Modify the homepage settings according to your preferences.

Click Save.
