This article explains how to delete items from your timesheet.
What you will accomplish
By the end of this article, you will be able to delete a single timesheet item, bulk delete multiple items, and remove empty rows from your timesheet.
Instructions
NOTE
You can only delete timesheet times that have not been submitted or approved.
Delete a Single Item
- Locate the item in your timesheet, and click the Delete icon
for that item.
Bulk Delete Items
To delete several timesheet items at once:
- Check the check box next to the timesheet items/rows you want to delete.
- Click Delete, and select Selected Rows.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
In this example, the items "Define scope of project," and "Present Research Findings" will be removed.
Delete Empty Rows
- Click Delete and select Empty Rows.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
In this example, the line item "Define scope of project" will be removed since there are no time entries for that item.
