Portfolio Plan
Summary: Portfolio enhancements enable real-time data rollups, advanced filtering, read-only field enforcement, and associated plan views, improving visualization, decision-making, and data integrity.
- Portfolio Area Associated Plans: You can now use the hierarchy builder to combine associated plan types from multiple plan type hierarchies into one portfolio list area. For example, create an area that shows a combination of objectives and key results and their associated projects, all within a single portfolio list area. This allows you to better visualize plan relationships relevant to your team's objectives, enabling better insights and decision-making. The new portfolio filters and related performance features need to be enabled to use this.
- Multi-Text Field Filtering: Utilize the new portfolio filters to search and filter multi-text fields using a "contains" filter. This feature allows for partial matches and is not case-sensitive, ensuring accurate and user-friendly filtering for complex datasets.
- Portfolio List Read-Only Fields: Fields marked as read-only due to stage gate settings are now non-editable in the portfolio list view. Ensure data integrity by preventing unintended edits to fields governed by stage gate rules to maintain compliance with process controls.
- Real-Time Plan Data Rollups: Plan data rollups now update in near real-time, replacing the previous nightly scheduled job. Gain faster access to up-to-date data, enabling more timely decisions and improved responsiveness to changes in your plans.
