This article explains how to modify and save views in the OnePlan Resource Center.
There are several settings you can adjust to customize your Resource Center view. The following settings can be adjusted and saved in Resource Center views:

Columns: Click Columns in the Resource Center header to open the Select Columns form. Here you can add and rearrange the columns in your Resoruce Center view.

Filter: Click the Filter button to filter the resources in your Resource Center on a selected field.

Group: Click the Group button to group items in your Resource Center by a selected field.

Click in the View menu, then select Save View. The Save View form will open.

Enter a Name for the view.

Check the Default check box if this view should be your default view for the Resource Center.

Check the Personal View check box if this view should be a personal view for your use only.
Note
The Personal View check box only appears for users with Owner permission. If left unchecked by an Owner, the view is global and will be available for all users.
Note
If you are a user with less than Owner permission, any views you save will be a personal view.

Click Save. The view will now be available from the View menu.
