Configure the Contextual Help Guide

This article explains how to configure the OnePlan contextual Help Guide. The contextual Help Guide is available in the OnePlan front end by clicking the compass icon in the bottom left corner. This opens contextual help articles for the module that you are in. As an admin, you can insert custom help guides for your organization.

  1. Go to the Admin pages > Help Guide.

  2. From the list, locate the module you would like to add your contextual help. Click into the URL field, and paste the URL to your help page.

    Note

    The pages you link to in the Help Guide need to be dynamic, iframe compatable, and must not require authentication to access.
