Microsoft Planner Basic vs. Premium

Microsoft Planner supports two different types of plans, Basic and Premium.

This integration is only for Planner Premium.

If you are looking for your Microsoft Planner Basic plans, please make sure you use our Microsoft Planner integration.

Mind the Gap

• Tasks cannot be updated in Microsoft Planner Premium (not yet supported by Microsoft APIs) from OnePlan.
• Custom field cannot be updated in OnePlan from Microsoft Planner Premium (not yet supported by Microsoft APIs).
• Deleting a task in OnePlan will not remove it from Microsoft Planner Premium.
