Print the Work Plan

This article explains how to use the Print function to print your Work Plan, including the Gantt chart, for easy sharing and documentation.

Print the Work Plan Schedule

  1. Click the ellipsis (...) in the toolbar and select Print from the drop-down. The Print Settings form will open.

  2. Select the Schedule Range to determine how much of the schedule to include in the print. Options include:

    • Complete Schedule Prints the complete schedule.
    • Visible Range: Only prints tasks currently visible in the schedule.
    • Date Range: Allows you to select a date range to limit the tasks included in the print output.
  3. Check the Align Rows checkbox to format the output so that data appears neatly in columns to enhance readability.
  4. Check the Repeat Header checkbox to repeat the Work Plan column headers on each page of the print output.
  5. Select the page Orientation. Options include Landscape and Portrait.
  6. Click Print.

    You can include the Gantt chart when printing your work plan to PDF, making it easy to share a visual overview of your schedule.

    Before printing, open the Gantt chart by selecting Gantt. Then follow the steps in Print the Work Plan Schedule. 

    Note

    For best results, print the work plan with the Gantt chart in Landscape orientation.
