What is My Work?

My Work in OnePlan provides each user with a centralized workspace where they can view and update their assigned tasks across all plans. It streamlines task management by allowing team members to update progress, modify status values, and track due dates—all from a single interface.

Administrators can customize how My Work behaves, including:

  • Which task status fields users can update
  • Whether updates require approval before reflecting in the Work Plan

  1. Open the Global Navigation and select Setup to enter Setup Mode.

Enabling or Disabling Approval Requirements

Control whether updates made in My Work must be approved before being reflected in the Work Plan:

  1. Find the Require Approval checkbox in the settings panel.
    • To enable approval workflows, check the box. This means:
      • Updates submitted by users will be pending until an approver reviews them.
    • To disable approval workflows, uncheck the box. This means:
      • User updates will sync immediately into the Work Plan with no approval required.
  2. Click Save.
