Mind the Gap

Known limitations of the integration:

  • Boards cannot be created in monday.com from OnePlan.
  • monday.com supports only 1 level of item hierarchy on the task level. 
  • monday.com does not support custom fields on the group level.
  • Only Finish-to-start task dependencies are supported. 
  • Only monday.com groups with tasks are added to OnePlan.
  • monday.com does not have a centralized custom field configuration, templates must be used for field mapping. 
  • Multi select choice fields cannot be updated in OnePlan.
