During the installation of some of the integrations, changes are made to the connected systems. OnePlan is a good example of that, as during the install configuration changes are made in OnePlan.
When you uninstall an integration these changes are removed. This is useful when you want to restore the state before the integration was installed.
Uninstall
The uninstall process can be accessed via the Tools menu's Uninstall option.
To uninstall an integration, simply click the Start button to begin the process. Once you start the process, you can navigate away from the page, the process will continue running.
Uninstalling the integration will remove any deployed components from the connected systems.
If there were any ribbon buttons or script added during the install, all those will be removed.
Note that configuration changes that you manually made (e.g. field changes, firewall rules) are not removed during the uninstall process.
Data will not be removed or modified in the connected systems.
All item mappings in OneConnect will be removed.
If the integration is connected to OnePlan, all item mappings will be removed from OnePlan.
Once you uninstalled the integration you can either reinstall it or remove it.
Removing an Integration
In order to remove an integration, it must be uninstalled first.
Once you remove an integration all data including logs will be deleted.
This action cannot be undone.
Upgrading or Changing to a Different Integration
The uninstall process cannot be used to upgrade or change an integration to a different type.
If you want to change your integration (e.g. Jira Project to Jira Epics) please do not uninstall your integration, instead contact support for instructions.
