Reinstalling Integrations

During the installation of some of the integrations, changes are made to the connected systems. OnePlan is a good example of that, as during the install configuration changes are made in OnePlan. 

In case these settings stop working, reinstalling the integration will 

Reinstall

The reinstall process can be accessed via the Tools menu's Reinstall option.

 

To reinstall an integration, simply click the Start button to begin the process. Once you start the process, you can navigate away from the page, the process will continue running. 

 

Reinstalling an integration will not reset the integrations to default settings. All integration settings, field mappings, item mappings, and strategy setup will be retained. 

If the integration is connected to OnePlan, no data changes will be made in OnePlan.
