During the installation of some of the integrations, changes are made to the connected systems. OnePlan is a good example of that, as during the install configuration changes are made in OnePlan.
In case these settings stop working, reinstalling the integration will
Reinstall
The reinstall process can be accessed via the Tools menu's Reinstall option.
To reinstall an integration, simply click the Start button to begin the process. Once you start the process, you can navigate away from the page, the process will continue running.
Reinstalling an integration will not reset the integrations to default settings. All integration settings, field mappings, item mappings, and strategy setup will be retained.
Special Cases Requiring a Reinstall
For most configuration changes, saving the connector is sufficient. However, for Azure DevOps and Jira integrations, changing either of the following connector settings requires both saving the connector and reinstalling the integration:
- Button Name – Updates the name of the integration tile displayed in OnePlan when users select an integration to connect with the external system.
- Sync to Schedule – Updates the settings displayed in the Connected Systems window within OnePlan to reflect the latest synchronization configuration.
After modifying either of these settings, save the connector and then run the Reinstall process to apply the changes in OnePlan.
