P2MAP is a cloud-based portfolio analyzer tool, that allows users to use different models and project data to help their decision making.
With this integration, OnePlan project data including financials can be exported into P2MAP for analysis.
Use Cases
The P2MAP integration has the following use cases:
Portfolio-Level Financial Scenario Modeling
Use Case: A portfolio manager wants to model different funding scenarios across all active programs to understand financial risk and optimize capital allocation.
Value: Plans from OnePlan are exported to P2MAP, where the manager can manipulate financial inputs (costs, ROI assumptions, timelines) and instantly see portfolio-wide impacts under different funding scenarios.
Investment Prioritization Based on Financial Metrics
Use Case: An executive team needs to prioritize initiatives based on expected return, cost-efficiency, and financial risk.
Value: OnePlan plans are pushed to P2MAP, allowing stakeholders to compare investments using financial KPIs such as NPV, IRR, and payback period—enabling data-driven decision making.
Features
The P2MAP integration supports the following features:
- Create projects in P2MAP from OnePlan plans.
- Update projects in P2MAP from OnePlan plans.
- Export data automatically, using scheduled jobs.
- Filter the data you want to automatically synchronize.

Setup Requirements
Setup requirements for the P2MAP integration:
- A user account in P2MAP that is licensed that can be used by the integration.
- A field in OnePlan to store the nodes.
Setup
To set up the integration, see the P2MAP Setup article.

Mind the Gap
This integration has the following known limitations:
- This is a one way sync from OnePlan to P2MAP.
- This integration does not support connecting existing plans from OnePlan to existing projects in P2MAP.
- User type field sync is not supported.
- The period start and end in P2M may change based on the data and it may not match what is in OnePlan.
- P2MAP does not support updating the parent node via the API after the project is created.
