This integration is specifically for ServiceNow projects/tasks. If you are looking for a more generic ServiceNow integration, please review out other integration.

Known limitations of the integration:

  • ServiceNow does not support multiple resource assignments on the task level, hence only the first resource from OnePlan will be assigned.
  • ServiceNow rolls up some of the fields if you have a hierarchy of tasks to the higher levels. Based on this, some fields in ServiceNow will not match the values with OnePlan. (as they will auto calculate)
