Strategies
The following strategies are available:
OnePlanUpdate
Publish data from Salesforce to OnePlan.
This strategy retrieves the Salesforce Objects defined in the connector configuration and creates/updates corresponding OnePlan plans. This strategy supports hierarchical structuring when more than one Salesforce Object is configured.
- If multiple Salesforce Objects are listed (for example Account -> Opportunity), the strategy will maintain the parent-child relationships between those objects.
- Records are created or updated in OnePlan as nested structure that reflects their relationship in Salesforce.
Filters can be applies to this strategy on the Salesforce -> OnePlan section, within the Objects -> Plans table for scheduled strategies only. Events for this strategy do not have the filter capability enabled.
OnePlanUpdate_No_Hierarchy
Publish data from Salesforce to OnePlan.
This strategy retrieves the Salesforce Objects defined in the connector configuration and creates/updates corresponding OnePlan plans. This strategy does not supports hierarchical structuring when more than one Salesforce Object is configured.
- All configured Salesforce Objects are still created or updated as plans in OnePlan. However, no parent-child nesting is applied.
Filters can be applies to this strategy on the Salesforce -> OnePlan section, within the Objects -> Plans table for scheduled strategies only. Events for this strategy do not have the filter capability enabled.
