Background

The OnePlan Copilot Agent Solution empowers organizations to design and run their own fully customized OnePlan Copilot agent, tailored to how they plan, govern, and deliver work. Rather than relying on a one‑size‑fits‑all experience, customers can configure an agent that reflects their unique processes, terminology, and planning standards while still leveraging OnePlan’s automated plan creation capabilities.

Using a customer‑owned Copilot agent, teams can generate new plans in OnePlan from AI‑driven requests and optionally create an initial schedule at the same time. Because the agent is yours, you control how it interprets requests, what questions it asks, and which knowledge it draws from—ensuring outputs are aligned with your internal ways of working from the very first interaction.
Key capabilities include:

  • Automated plan creation: Create new OnePlan plans from conversational, AI‑driven requests to reduce manual setup and accelerate the path from intake to execution.
  • Optional schedule generation: Automatically generate an initial schedule alongside the plan to jumpstart planning and provide immediate structure for execution.
  • Deep agent customization: Configure prompts, behaviors, and topics to match your organization’s naming conventions, governance requirements, and workflows. You can also connect the agent to your own knowledge sources, such as internal documentation, training materials, or standards, so responses are grounded in your organization’s reality.
  • Consistent outcomes with less overhead: Standardize how plans are created across teams while minimizing repetitive data entry—freeing plan managers to focus on prioritization, alignment, and delivery.
