What’s changing?
We’re bringing the OnePlan Community and Academy together into a new, unified platform called OnePlan Circle. Circle will replace our current community and learning platforms and serve as a single, centralized experience for OnePlan users.
Why are we making this change?
As the OnePlan community continues to grow, we want to make it easier for users to learn, connect, and engage—without navigating multiple platforms. Circle provides a more intuitive, modern experience and allows us to scale and deliver new resources more effectively.
Who is Circle for?
All OnePlan users can access Circle!
When is OnePlan Circle launching?
OnePlan Circle is planned to launch May 18th 2026.
Key dates to be aware of:
- April 30, 2026: Current Community retires
- May 8, 2026: Academy platforms retire
- Migration window: Approximately 1–2 weeks of temporary downtime
We’ll share access details and instructions once Circle is live.
What happens to the current Community and Academy?
Our current Community and Academy platforms will be retired as we move to Circle. During the transition, we will migrate:
- Relevant community discussions and feature requests
- Academy digital content along with user course progress
- Release notes and webinars
What if I have a private group/site in OnePlan Academy?
If you have a current active Academy subscription (Professional/Enterprise), we will migrate these into private branded groups within OnePlan Circle. If you have a group or site set up and not an active Academy subscription, this will be retired.
Will there be downtime?
Yes. As part of the transition to OnePlan Circle, there will be a temporary downtime during the migration window while content is moved into the new platform.
Important dates to be aware of:
- April 30, 2026: Current Community retires
- May 8, 2026: Academy platforms retire
- Migration window: Approximately 1–2 weeks of no access while content is migrated
During this time, Community and Academy content will be unavailable. We’ll share reminders and timing details in advance so you know what to expect.
If you have urgent feature requests or product-related needs during the downtime, please submit them via OnePlan Support tickets, as Community access will be temporarily unavailable.
What’s next and what do I need to do?
We’ll continue sharing regular communications with key dates, what to expect during the transition, and instructions for accessing OnePlan Circle.
For now, all you need to do is stay up to date with communications from OnePlan — we’ll take care of the rest.
