This article explains how to add an external user to a MS Entra Tenant, to then access OnePlan.
Note
If you use this process to add external users to OnePlan, your OnePlan group authentication method needs to be set to Office365 Strict - it can not be multi-auth. See Enable OnePlan Multi-Authentication for more information.
1. Add the external user to the organization's Entra ID. This can be done by any of the following:

Add the external user as a guest to a SharePoint site.

Add the external user as a guest user in Entra ID.
Note
With this method, the external user must have a Microsoft account to log into OnePlan. To add external users without Microsoft accounts, use Forms authentication. See Add Users to OnePlan for more information.
Note
The external user needs to accept the guest invite to your Teams, SharePoint, Entra, etc. before you can continue to the next step.
2. Add the external user as a resource in OnePlan. See Add Users to OnePlan
3. Send the external user a link to your organization's OnePlan tenant.
- Go to your user profile > Share With. The Shared Url form will open.
- Copy the Shareable Url and send it to the external user.
- The user can use this url to access your OnePlan tenant.
