Add an external user to a OnePlan tenant

This article explains how to add an external user to a OnePlan tenant.

Add the external user to the organization's Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). This can be done by any of the following:
- Add the external user as a guest to a team in Teams.
- Add the external user as a guest to a SharePoint site.
- Add the external user as a guest user in Azure AD.
  
  NOTE: The external user must have a Microsoft account to log into OnePlan. You cannot add external users that do not have Microsoft accounts.
  
  NOTE: The external user needs to accept the guest invite to your Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, etc. before you can continue to the next step.

Send the external user a link to your organization's OnePlan tenant.
1. Go to your user profile > Share With. The Shared Url form will open.
2. Copy the Shareable Url and send it to the external user.
3. The user can use this url to access your OnePlan tenant.
