This article explains how to add an external user to a OnePlan tenant.

Add the external user to the organization's Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). This can be done by any of the following:

Add the external user as a guest to a SharePoint site.

Add the external user as a guest user in Azure AD.
NOTE: The external user must have a Microsoft account to log into OnePlan. You cannot add external users that do not have Microsoft accounts.
NOTE: The external user needs to accept the guest invite to your Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, etc. before you can continue to the next step.

Add the external user as a resource in OnePlan. See How do I add resources to OnePlan?

Send the external user a link to your organization's OnePlan tenant.

Go to your user profile > Share With. The Shared Url form will open.

Copy the Shareable Url and send it to the external user.

The user can use this url to access your OnePlan tenant.
