View data refresh history for Power BI reports

This article explains how to view the data refresh history for Power BI reports.

You will need access to Power BI online to access the refresh history.

  1. Go to Power BI online and log in.

  2. Go to the workspace where your OnePlan reports are located.

  3. Click the Scheduled Refresh icon next to the desired report. The Dataset Settings will open.

  4. In the Dataset Settings, select Refresh History. The Refresh History window will open. Here you can review the data refresh history for the dataset. This history includes manual and scheduled refreshes.
