Get Access to Circle

Getting into OnePlan Circle requires two steps: getting added to the platform and setting up your login.

Step 1: Fill out the sign-up form If you haven't already, complete the OnePlan Circle sign-up form. This lets our team know you're requesting access and is required for new users looking to gain access to Circle.

Step 2: You'll receive an invitation email Once our team processes your request, you'll get an invitation email from OnePlan Circle. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 1–2 business days.

Step 3: Accept your invitation and choose a sign-in method Click the link in your invitation email to be taken to the login page. From there, choose how you'd like to sign in:

  • Continue with Microsoft (Recommended) — sign in with your existing Microsoft credentials using SSO.

⚠️ SSO requires a one-time setup by your organization's global admin. Follow these instructions to get it configured. Note that OnePlan Circle is a separate app from OnePlan and needs its own SSO setup.

  • Create a local account — if SSO isn't available yet, click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the link to set a password.

Step 4: You're in! Once signed in, you'll have access to our public community spaces right away. Access to your role-specific content will be confirmed within 1–2 business days — you'll get a notification when it's ready.

FAQ

❓ Why can’t I log in?

The most common reasons are:

  • You haven’t received an invitation email yet — this means you haven’t been added to Circle yet. Check your spam folder first, then contact oneplancircle@oneplan.ai.
  • You’re trying to use Microsoft SSO before your admin has completed the setup.

Note: OnePlan Circle is a separate application from OnePlan and requires its own SSO configuration — even if your organization already uses SSO for OnePlan.

❓ I didn’t receive my invitation email. What do I do?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Search your inbox for notifications@circle-notifications.oneplan.ai
  3. If you still can’t find it, email oneplancircle@oneplan.ai and we’ll resend it.

❓ I clicked “Continue with Microsoft” and got stuck. What’s wrong?

This usually means your organization’s SSO setup for OnePlan Circle isn’t complete yet. You have two options:

  • Ask your tenant admin to complete the SSO setup — follow these instructions
  • Click Forgot Password on the login page to create a local account instead

❓ Is it safe to enable SSO for our organization?

Yes. Enabling SSO follows standard Microsoft security practices. A few important things to know:

  • Granting admin consent does not automatically give all users access — it simply allows the application to be used within your tenant
  • Access can still be restricted to specific users or groups
  • Admins can enable “User assignment required” to control exactly who can sign in

❓ What permissions does the OnePlan Circle SSO app request — and are they safe?

The app requests: email, openid, profile, and User.Read. These are standard, low-impact delegated permissions — the minimum required for secure authentication.

  • openid, email, profile — enable basic sign-on; provide a unique user identifier, primary email, and display name
  • User.Read — allows the app to sign you in and read your own profile. Does not provide access to emails, files, group content, or any other corporate data
  • Delegated permissions — the app only acts on your behalf and cannot access data outside your own permissions

These are widely recognized as “low impact” and do not expose corporate or confidential data.

❓ Why can’t I see certain spaces?

When you first join, you’ll have access to our public community spaces right away. Some spaces are reserved for verified OnePlan subscribers — our team verifies your subscription in the background, which typically takes 1–2 business days. Once confirmed, your spaces will update automatically and you’ll receive a notification. No action needed on your end.

❓ How long does the access verification take?

Usually 1–2 business days. If it’s been longer than that, email oneplancircle@oneplan.ai and we’ll look into it right away.

❓ Who do I contact if I’m still stuck?

Email us at oneplancircle@oneplan.ai — we’re happy to help.
