This article explains how to upgrade from the Requests app to the Innovation Portal.

The legacy Requests app has been deprecated and replaced by the Innovation Portal. The Innovation Portal includes all existing Requests functionality, along with additional capabilities. It is available at no additional cost for customers who previously purchased the Requests app.

By the end of this article, you will be able to upgrade the Requests app to the Innovation Portal.

Upgrade Steps

  1. Contact your OnePlan representative to confirm that the appropriate license is applied to your OnePlan group.
  2. After OnePlan confirms that the correct license is in place, follow the steps in Configure the Innovation Portal.
