- Whether your submission is waiting for review
- Whether a manager has approved or rejected your entries

Key Components
Timesheet Row Statuses
-
Not Submitted
The default state of a timesheet row before or after time has been entered. The row is fully editable. You can modify time entries, delete the row, or continue adding time. Rows in this state have not yet been sent to a manager for review. -
Submitted
The row has been sent to a timesheet manager for review and approval. Once a row is submitted, it is no longer editable. If you need to make changes to a submitted row, you must recall it first. -
Approved
The timesheet manager has reviewed and approved the submitted row. Approved rows cannot be recalled or edited. Only a Timesheet Administrator can unlock an approved row if changes are required. -
Rejected
The timesheet manager has reviewed and rejected the submitted row. The manager may include a comment explaining the reason for the rejection. A rejected row can be edited and resubmitted. -
Locked
A Timesheet Administrator has locked the timesheet period or row. Locked rows cannot be navigated to or edited. A Timesheet Administrator can unlock rows to make them editable again.
NOTE
If automatic submission and approval can be enabled to streamline team members workflows. If they are turned on timesheet items will be automatically submitted and approved at the end of each period.
