Before anyone at your organization can sign into OnePlan Circle using Continue with Microsoft, your Microsoft Tenant Administrator (the person who manages Microsoft accounts for your company) needs to grant approval once. This is a one-time step.
Important: OnePlan Circle is a separate application from OnePlan and requires its own Single Sign-On configuration — even if your team already uses SSO for OnePlan.
Steps for Your Tenant Admin
- Go to https://entra.microsoft.com and sign in as a tenant administrator.
- Navigate to Enterprise Applications and search for OnePlan Circle SSO.
- Can't find it? Try this: go to the OnePlan Circle homepage, click Log in, and select Continue with Microsoft. You won't be able to sign in yet — that's expected — but this often triggers the app to appear in Enterprise Applications for the first time. Then come back and search again.
- Select Permissions.
- Click Grant admin consent for [your organization].
- Confirm that Microsoft Graph (User.Read) is listed under API Name in the permissions table. (see example below)
Once complete, all users in your organization can sign in to OnePlan Circle using the Continue with Microsoft option.
Still seeing an error after setup?
Try these steps in order:
- Ask your tenant admin to confirm the permissions match the example above.
- Clear your browser cache and try again in a private/incognito window.
- Still stuck? Email us at oneplancircle@oneplan.ai and we'll help you get in.
