Problem

I can no longer see Uncategorized plans, or plans without parent plans, in the Portfolio view.

Cause

We removed the Uncategorized as it was incorrectly showing Plans that were not in that Portfolio hierarchy and was causing performance issues.

Solution

To fix this so you can see the plans with no parent plans, you need to create a view that Groups by the parent plan.

1. Change the Plan Type to Project, Epic or the plan type that is being created from integration. Now you should see all the Plans,
2. Use the Grouping menu to group by the parent plan (i.e. Program) to find which plans do not have a parent plan. you will see a grouping called "No Value". Select No Value to apply the grouping. 
3. Save that view and that will be your new view to find uncategorized plans
