This article details the process of accessing OneConnect, OnePlan's integration platform.

OneConnect serves as the integration platform associated with OnePlan. Users can access OneConnect via the designated URL: https://my.oneconnect.ai. European customers can utilize https://eu.oneconnect.ai for access. 

Logging into OneConnect

Effective May 3rd, 2024, OneConnect allows users to access the platform without requiring an affiliation with an Office 365/Microsoft account. There are two login options available: Microsoft and Forms (username and password).

Microsoft Login

Existing Users

Users who had an account with OneConnect prior to May 3rd can log in using the Sign in with Microsoft button. 

New Users

Users wishing to use OneConnect with their Microsoft tenant credentials an also log in via the Sign in with Microsoft button. This login method is directly tied to the OnePlan login. Therefore, users who already log into  OnePlan using their Microsoft account can follow the same steps to access OneConnect. 

Forms Login (New!)

The "Forms" login option allows users to log in using a separate username and password, distinct from their Microsoft credentials. Like the Microsoft login, this method is associated with the OnePlan login. Users who already log in to OnePlan using a username and password can reuse those credentials to access OneConnect. 

Existing OnePlan Users

Users familiar with OnePlan can explore integrations by reusing their OnePlan credentials to access OneConnect. 

New Users

For new users who have not yet accessed OnePlan, please visit the Log in to OnePlan page and follow the provided instructions to set up a username and password.
