OneConnect empowers users to efficiently manage their integrations from a central location - the OneConnect group. Within each group is a collection of settings both generic and custom to the environment that the users are in. This page is a quick overview of what will be encountered when inside of a OneConnect group.
At the top of the browser page, the navigation bar has six main sections arranged from left to right:
- Waffle Icon: Navigates the user to office.com.
- OneConnect Logo: Returns the user to the OneConnect group home page.
- OneConnect Group: Displays all OneConnect groups the user is part of, spanning multiple tenants.
- Add Group: Create a new OneConnect group with the current tenant.
- Other Groups: Views additional OneConnect groups within the original (home) tenant of the user.
- Settings Icon (Administrators Only): Offers a dropdown menu of admin pages for the OneConnect group.
- Settings: Updates OneConnect group options. For more details on this section, navigate to OneConnect Administrator Settings.
- Users: Manages OneConnect group users.
- Alerts: Allow emails to be sent to specific people when scheduled strategies return specific statuses after running.
- APIs: Generate custom API tokens specific to OneConnect. This is used only for custom APIs.
- Relays: Manage the relay settings for your integrations. This is used for clients who have on-premises integration requirements.
- Help Icon: Choose how you wish to receive your help.
- Get Training: Navigates user to the online document help section for OneConnect.
- Get Support: Navigates user to the online Zendesk request help form. This will create a ticket which will be reviewed by the OnePlan support team
- User Profile:
- User Information: Shows the user's name, and the tenant the user is currently in. The tenant's name can change depending on where the OneConnect group the user is accessing.
- User Icon: The user icon will show your role within the OneConnect group (Administrator, Editor, Reader), and the option to sign out from OneConnect.
Add Integration
The Add Integration button will direct users to the list of all available integrations that clients can use to connect their programs together.
After logging into OneConnect group, you'll encounter the Strategy Dashboard, providing a summary of scheduled strategies running in your OneConnect group. These strategies are categorized based on the status of the strategy based on the last scheduled run (this dashboard does not process event-driven strategies).

Success: Indicates the total number of strategies that have been executed successfully.

Processing: Reflects the total number of strategies currently undergoing processing.

Failure: Represents the total number of strategies that have failed, encompassing those triggering a Success with Exceptions status.

Pending: Refers to strategies listed in the Schedules page that have not yet executed or are disabled.
Beneath the Strategy Dashboard lies the comprehensive roster of all installed integrations within the OneConnect group. Each row signifies a distinct integration and provides a detailed breakdown of its components:
- Integrations: Encompasses the integration icons and title.

Integration Icons: Offers a succinct representation of the two programs encompassed by the integration.

Integration Title: Displays the name of the integration, which can be customized to provide further detail after successful creation.

Enabled Status: Provides a swift indication of whether the integration is currently enabled or disabled.

Schedule Status: Indicates the status of the strategies executed within the integration.
- Actions: Provides streamlined access to the three most common actions relating to an integration.

Edit: Directs users to the integration connectors, facilitating quick access to modify integration connection settings.

Schedule: Guides users to the integrations schedule page, presenting a list of all scheduled strategies set to run at distinct intervals. Users can also configure additional settings for scheduled strategies, while event-driven strategies are managed elsewhere.

Delete: Removes the integration from OneConnect.
