Common Tabular Data and SharePoint Integration Errors

This article lists and describes common errors that may occur with Tabular Data or SharePoint integrations.

[ExternalImportCost] These are the Plan External ID w/ failing message during creation. Failure: More than 1 Plan found for id: {Plan External Id}

This message will populate when more than one plan within OnePlan has the same Plan External Id value.

Error: Column 'PlanExternalId' does not belong to underlying table 'CostExternalImport'.

The integration is missing the Plan External Id from the Field Mappings table. Please associate a column from the Tabular Data file to the Plan External Id field in OnePlan.

Plan External Id skipped due to some of the costs associated have no Cost Type/ID. {Plan External Id}. Total Plan External ID skipped w/ no Cost Type/ID.

The integration is missing the Cost Type Name from the Field Mappings table. Please associate a column from the Tabular Data file to the Cost Type Name field in OnePlan.

Error: Exception while retrieving DataTable for {File Name}: The file type for {FileName} is not supported.

The file specified in the Tabular Data configuration cannot be accessed or the or the file type was not of CSV format. Please verify that the file is accessible (use a browser with the path). Please have the .csv entered at the end of the file name. Only .csv files are supported, at this time.

Exception while retrieving DataTable for {FileName}: List ‘{Folder Path Value}’ does not exist at site with URL ‘{SharePoint Site URL}’.

The folder path being used is more than one level deep. The file must reside within a folder that is one level deep (I.E., Documents). The file cannot be in /Documents/Folder One or deeper.
