Some of our OneConnect IP addresses will be changing in June 2025.

Please review the potential impact on your firewall IP whitelisting and take any necessary action.

Impact

The following domain names will have IP changes:

• my.oneconnect.ai
• eu.oneconnect.ai
• services.oneconnect.ai
• services-eu.oneconnect.ai

The Relay Agents that are used in on-prem integrations will also be impacted.

Am I Impacted?

• You are impacted if you configured firewall rules for these domains:
  • • my.oneconnect.ai
    • eu.oneconnect.ai
    • services.oneconnect.ai
    • services-eu.oneconnect.ai
• If you are using a Relay Agent, you will be impacted. We already contacted all customers using Relay Agents. If you were not contacted already, please reach out to your OnePlan contact or create a ticket. 
• If you use the OneConnect stage region and you configured firewall rules for that region, then you will be impacted.

You are not impacted if you: 

• Do not have any firewall rules for OneConnect.
• Created firewall rules only for connectors like Azure DevOps, Jira etc.
• Created firewall rules only for an SFTP site.

Next Steps

If you are impacted, please reach out to your OnePlan contact or create a ticket to acquire the new IPs by the second of June 2025. You will need to adjust your firewall settings before the change.

Please make sure you do not remove the old IP before, just add the new one. We will notify customers individually when to remove the old IPs from their firewall.
