How to Configure and Manage Resource Insights in OnePlan

  • Updated

Purpose

This guide shows OnePlan Administrators how to configure, modify, and manage Resource Insights for their OnePlan group.

What You Will Accomplish
After completing this guide, you will be able to understand the purpose of Resource Insights, identify the types of Resource Insights available, and configure, edit, delete, and re‑enable Resource Insights as needed.

What Are Resource Insights?

Resource Insights provide users with notifications about items that require their attention. These Insights appear on the Home page and are based on a user's assigned tasks, timesheets, approvals, and related work activities.

OnePlan includes a predefined set of Resource Insights that can be enabled, configured, or removed to help surface the most important information for users based on your organization’s processes.

Note
Resource Insights cannot be custom-created. You can only configure or re-enable the provided Insight types.

Plan Insights vs. Resource Insights

  • Resource Insights focus on items related to the individual user.
  • Plan Insights assess plan-level compliance and best practices.

For Plan Insights configuration, see Configure Plan Insights.
