Why are certain tasks not available in my timesheet?

Solution

Certain tasks are not available in the timesheet.

The task is locked.

  • Go to the Admin pages > Time Plan > Task Management. Review the Task Management settings. Update the Task Management settings as nessessary.

  • Update the task as needed.

The plan type for the task is not permitted in timesheets.

The user does not have permission to access the task.

The parent task is marked as complete, removing sub tasks from timesheets even if the sub tasks are incomplete / still in progress

Uncheck the Complete status check box for the parent task.
