Background

Enterprise Security Groups allow administrators to define and manage user access across OnePlan. These groups determine:

• Which apps and areas users can access
• What plan-level apps are available to users
• What type of license each user consumes
• What global permissions users have (e.g., view all plans, edit all plans)

Enterprise Security Groups apply only to named resources and are a key part of OnePlan’s permission model.
