Enterprise Security Groups - Assign Resources to Enterprise Security Groups

This article explains how to assign named resources to Enterprise Security Groups in OnePlan using the Resource Center.

Requirements

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A OnePlan account with Administrator permissions
• Access to the Resource Center
• At least one Enterprise Security Group created

Background

Assigning resources to security groups ensures that users receive the correct permissions and access based on their role. This is a key step in enforcing security and governance in OnePlan.

Instructions

1. Go to the Resource Center in the OnePlan front end.
2. Ensure the Group field is visible:
   • Click the Columns icon in the toolbar.
   • Search for the Group field.
   • Drag and drop it into the Selected Columns section.

3. For each resource:
   • Click into the Group field.
   • Select the desired security group from the dropdown.

4. Repeat for all applicable resources.
