Getting into OnePlan Circle requires two steps: getting added to the platform and setting up your login.
Step 1: Request Access
Before you can log in, you must be added to Circle.
Submit a request using this form, or by going to the OnePlan Circle login screen and clicking Sign Up.
Once your request is processed, you will receive an invitation email from notifications@circle-notifications.oneplan.ai.
Important: If you have not received this invitation email, you will not be able to sign in.
Step 3: Set Up Your Login
After accepting your invitation, choose one of the following login options:
Option A: Single Sign-On (SSO) (Recommended)
Click “Continue with Microsoft” on the login page.
Important: This must be enabled by a tenant admin, follow the Entra App Approval steps below. Please note OnePlan Circle is a separate application from OnePlan and requires its own Single Sign On configuration.
Option B: Create a Password
- Go to the OnePlan Circle login page
- Click “Forgot password”
- Enter your email and follow the prompts
Step 4: Log In
Once your account is set up, you can complete your profile and log into Circle at any time using the login page.
Entra App Approval Steps
Note
Your Microsoft Tenant Administrator (the person who manages Microsoft accounts for your organization) needs to approve Single Sign-On (SSO) for OnePlan Circle before anyone else in your company can use it. Admins can follow the Entra App Approval steps below
Please note OnePlan Circle is a separate application from OnePlan and requires its own Single Sign On configuration.
- Go to https://entra.microsoft.com/. You must log in as a tenant administrator.
- Select Enterprise apps > OnePlan Circle SSO.
- Select Permissions.
- Click Grant admin consent for [organization].
- The last line under Microsoft Graph (User.Read) needs to be listed under API Name
- Now users from this organization can log into Circle with the Continue with Microsoft option
-
Note: If you are still seeing an error when attempting to login with Microsoft, please do the following:
- Confirm with your tenant admin the permissions match the example below
- Clear your browser history/cache and try an incognito window
- If you are still facing issues, please contact oneplancircle@oneplan.ai
-
Note: If you are still seeing an error when attempting to login with Microsoft, please do the following:
The permissions requested by the OnePlan Circle SSO app, email, openid, profile, and User.Read are standard, low‑impact delegated permissions. These are the minimum required for secure single sign‑on (SSO) and user authentication.
Why these permissions are safe:
- Standard scopes: openid, email, profile are defined by Microsoft’s identity platform to enable basic authentication. They provide a unique user identifier, primary email address, and basic profile details (such as display name).
- User.Read: Grants the ability to sign the user in and read their profile. It does not allow access to sensitive data such as emails, files, or group content.
- Delegated permissions: The app only acts on behalf of the signed‑in user. It cannot perform actions the user isn’t authorized for, nor access data outside the user’s own permissions.
- Low impact: These permissions are widely recognized as safe and are commonly classified as “low impact” because they do not expose corporate or confidential data.
Common Access Issues
Why can’t I log in?
The most common reasons are:
- You have not been added to Circle yet (no invitation email received)
- You are trying to use Single Sign On before your admin has completed setup
- Please note OnePlan Circle is a separate application from OnePlan and requires its own Single Sign On configuration.
I didn’t receive the invitation email
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search for notifications@circle-notifications.oneplan.ai
- If you still cannot find it, contact oneplancircle@oneplan.ai
I clicked “Continue with Microsoft” and got stuck
This usually means your organization’s SSO setup is not complete.
You can either:
- Ask your tenant admin to complete SSO setup
- Use the “Forgot password” option to create a login instead
Is it safe to enable SSO for our organization?
Yes. Enabling SSO follows standard Microsoft security practices.
- Granting admin consent does not give access to all users automatically
- It allows the application to be used within your tenant
- Access can still be restricted to specific users or groups
Admins can control access by enabling “User assignment required” and assigning only approved users or groups.
