Early next week, we will work with Microsoft to implement an updated process to ensure this does not happen again.

Our teams remain actively engaged with Microsoft to address the certificate issue affecting the us.oneplan.ai environment. Microsoft is actively working on the issue now and expects resolution to be completed within the next few hours.

This issue remains escalated across multiple Microsoft teams within the Azure Government environment, where additional security controls and approval processes are required.

We appreciate your patience and recommend continuing to use the provided workaround where necessary.

We are continuing to work closely with Microsoft to progress the resolution of the certificate issue affecting the us.oneplan.ai environment.

Access may still be impacted for some users at this time. We will share further updates as progress continues.

As a temporary workaround, users may access the site by allowing an exception for the expired certificate when visiting us.oneplan.ai. Please note that encryption is still enforced and sessions remain secure, allowing the site to load.

We will continue to provide updates as we make progress with Microsoft.

We continue to work in close coordination with Microsoft to address the certificate issue impacting the us.oneplan.ai environment. The issue remains under active remediation within the Azure Government environment, and progress is ongoing.

Site access may still be unavailable for some users at this time. Restoring full service remains our top priority, and we’ll provide further updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption in the us.oneplan.ai environment due to a certificate issue. As a result, the site may be inaccessible.

Our team is actively working with Microsoft to resolve the issue and restore service as quickly as possible.

Update – 8:14 PM EST, May 14, 2026

We have escalated the issue to senior Microsoft management and are currently awaiting required approvals within the Azure Government environment. Due to the additional security controls and compliance requirements in this environment, resolution is taking longer than in standard commercial environments. Once Microsoft completes the necessary approvals, service is expected to be fully restored.

As a temporary workaround, users may access the site by allowing an exception for the expired certificate when visiting us.oneplan.ai. Please note that encryption is still enforced and sessions remain secure, allowing the site to load.

We will continue to provide updates as we make progress with Microsoft.

us.oneplan.ai is still inaccessible for all/most users. We continue to work through the resolution in partnership with Microsoft Support. We expect the environment to be up sometime today, and will update on next steps and resolution as we continue to make progress.

We are continuing to work closely with Microsoft to investigate and resolve the issue impacting some OnePlan sites. Our team remains actively engaged, and we will share another update as we make further progress.

Service Outage Notification | May 13, 2026, 6:26PM US EST

What: OnePlan environments are currently unavailable due to an SSL certificate issue affecting site accessibility.

Who:  A small number of OnePlan customers hosted on the us.oneplan.ai environment. The error message the users see when accessing the site will show as follows:

 

When: The disruption began around 5:00 pm Eastern Time, May 13, 2026. We are actively working with Microsoft to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

ETA: We are targeting the earliest possible resolution and will provide a confirmed timeline as soon as one is available. Updates will be posted here as the situation develops.
