Sofia AI Assistant
Summary: Sofia, OnePlan’s AI assistant, has been upgraded to better assist with data entry, planning, and customization. New features such as voice commands, document uploading, and configuration options make interactions with Sofia more versatile and efficient.
- Status Report Assistance: Sofia now helps you fill out multi-text fields in status reports. You can type or speak to Sofia to receive assistance.
- Document Upload for Plan Creation: When creating a plan, you can upload a document (.doc, .docx, .pdf), and Sofia will read the document to fill in plan details automatically.
- Voice-Activated Plan Creation: Users can verbally instruct Sofia on how they would like the plan details filled out during plan creation.
- Plan Details Multi-Text Field Input via Voice: Sofia now supports voice commands for filling multi-text fields, making data entry faster.
- Improved UX for Clarity: Sofia’s interface has been updated to allow users to specify if they are analyzing OnePlan data or asking a help question.
- Hyperlinks in Responses: Hyperlinks provided by Sofia in responses are now non-clickable for improved clarity.
- Azure OpenAI GPT 4o: Upgraded to Azure OpenAI GPT-4o, Sofia now responds faster and can analyze up to four times more data.
- New AI Tab in Plan Fields Settings: A new AI tab allows marking fields (text, multi-text, choice, and dates) as AI-enabled, setting them for auto-fill on plan creation, and adding custom prompts to improve Sofia’s field-filling accuracy.
- Admin Page Assistance: From the admin page, users can now ask Sofia configuration-related questions.

Stage Gate Workflows
Summary: Stage Gate Workflows are now fully released (no longer beta), bringing structured workflows and improvements to approval processes with new email links, notifications, and auto-updates for greater efficiency and collaboration.
- Approval Emails with Direct Links: Approval emails now include links to the task landing page, allowing for easy approvals without logging in to OnePlan.
- Field Selection in Approval Emails: A type-ahead search is available in the field selection for approval emails, making it easier to find specific fields.
- Detailed Approval Information: Users awaiting approval can now click a “details” button to view more information about the approval on the plan details form.
- Enhanced Auto-Approval Functionality: Fields set to update on approval and any conversions will now automatically run with auto-approvals.
- Team-Wide Approval Notifications: Setting up an approval for all team members generates individual approval tasks and email notifications for each team member.
- Auto Date Setting: Date fields can now be updated to “Today” (the current date) upon approval or rejection for streamlined tracking.
- Mandatory Comments on Approvals: Comments are now required on both approvals and rejections, promoting greater transparency.
- Field Updates on Rejection: Field updates can now be triggered upon rejection as well as approval, offering increased workflow flexibility.

Financial Plan
Summary: Financial Plan updates bring more customizable views, improved toolbar design, and faster import options, streamlining financial management for users.
- Custom Views for Global and Personal Use: Users can save views that include preferences for cost type, dates, grouping, custom columns, etc. Note: After the release, you should create views with the fields, grouping, and settings you would like. You may notice differences in your fields and groupings until you do so.
- Row Copy and Paste: You can now copy, paste, and insert rows, streamlining duplication and reorganization.
- Consistent Toolbar Design: The toolbar layout now matches other OnePlan toolbars, with actions on the right and view settings on the left.
- Hierarchical Visibility Control: When hiding a parent category, all child rows within the hierarchy are also hidden.
- Real-Time Import Processing: Scheduled import jobs now run in near real-time, providing timely data updates. This applies to importing from the timesheets, resource plan, or work plan when the auto import option is selected.

Summary: Microsoft’s deprecation of app authentication for SharePoint site creation has led to a new recommendation for using Teams integration.
- Transition to Teams Integration: Microsoft’s deprecation of app authentication means SharePoint site creation will no longer be possible soon. Existing users can still use this method for now, but new users are encouraged to switch to Teams integration for future plans. Once Microsoft removes this authentication option (more info here), new SharePoint sites will not be created. We plan to add the ability to connect to existing SharePoint sites (versus creating them) soon.
