Why This Matters: Connecting Claude to OnePlan
Context: Why Claude Uses a Preconfigured App
OnePlan provides a preconfigured Claude app, available on the Global tab of Browse App Registrations, that recognizes Claude’s published identity. Adding consent to that app in OnePlan means there’s no app registration or callback URL for you to create.
Context: Where Claude Connects From
Claude connects to OnePlan from Anthropic’s cloud, even when users work in Claude desktop or Cowork. If your organization restricts OnePlan access by IP address, the connection comes from Anthropic’s published IP ranges. See Anthropic IP addresses.
