Linking to OneConnect to create Integrations from OnePlan
- The Integration icon in the Work Plan. Click on ADD INTEGRARION button.
- The OnePlan Configuration > Integrations page. Clicking on the Integrations + button.
Steps to Connect via Express Installer
- First-Time Setup or No Existing OneConnect Groups: If no one from your tenant has logged into OneConnect before (or all existing OneConnect groups are already linked to OnePlan groups), the system will display a form to create a new OneConnect group. Once completed, this group will be automatically linked to the OneConnect group, and all integrations installed through OnePlan will sync to this new group.
- Multiple OneConnect Groups Available: If multiple OneConnect groups exist and are eligible for connection, a dropdown menu will appear. Administrators can select the desired OneConnect group to link.
- Single Unlinked OneConnect Group: If there is only one unlinked OneConnect group available, it will automatically connect to the OnePlan group.
Deleting the Integration
If the integration is deleted from OnePlan, the integration will still exist within OneConnect. For complete integration removal, please ensure that the integration is also removed from both platforms.
